IGraeme Richard Gillespie, Group Manager, Population Health Protection Group, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, makes the following direction under
the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 ("the Act"):
Under section 41(1) of the Act, the burial ground known
as the Raithby Burial Ground, North Loburn, Canterbury, being the land described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be closed and burials there shall be discontinued from and including 8 June 2009.
