Pursuant to clause 10(1) of Schedule 3 to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I hereby appoint
Paul Edwin Menzies
as chairperson of the board of the Southland District Health Board.
This appointment takes effect on 12 March 2009 and is for the remainder of Paul Edwin Menzies' current term as an elected board member (ie, ending on 5 December 2010).
