Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Invercargill District Court on 16 December 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1987 Holden Berlina, Registration No. RDNLOW.
Against: Hilton James Michael Ashbrook.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 211 0650) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
