Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, Peter Bushnell, Acting Secretary to The Treasury, makes the following statement:
“Peter Mersi, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, on
behalf of the Crown, under delegations from the Minister of Finance under section 28 of the State Sector Act
1988, gave a guarantee under the New Zealand Deposit Guarantee Scheme to the following person on the following date:

on the terms and conditions set out in the relevant guarantees appearing on the website of The Treasury at
