Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 5 November 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1988 Daihatsu Charade, Registration No. NP9297.
Against: Shaun Logan Higgins.
1993 Mazda Astina, Registration No. YA6498.
Against: Christopher David Hawkins.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
