Pursuant to section 23(1)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Anthony Boyd Williams Ryall, Minister of
Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council
of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of Class
B controlled drugs by
Dr Martin Richard Gardner, medical practitioner of Christchurch.
