Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Gore District Court on 21 January 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1995 Holden Commodore, Registration No. ELK326.
Against: Christopher John McKerchar.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 209 0032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
