Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Ray Brown
as commissioner for Te Kainga Whaiora Children's Health Camp School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Te Kainga Whaiora Children's Health Camp School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
