Pursuant to section 60A of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education makes the following amendment to the National Administration Guidelines notified in the
New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1993, No. 58, page 1086 (as subsequently amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 May 2007, No. 58, page 1500).
1. The National Administration Guidelines are amended by removing the following clause from NAG (5):
"(iii) where food and beverages are sold on school premises, make only healthy options available."
