Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 January 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Julie Falvey in respect of Mandarin Tree (25426), situated at 29A Sackville Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
