Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(1) William Usher Goodall, farmer of Hawea Flat, who died at Cromwell on or about 10 November 1875, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(2) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property,
it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
(a) Being a vacant section in the town of Gladstone, Hawea Flat, Central Otago, being an estate in fee simple containing 835 square metres, Section 5 Block VII Computer Freehold Register OT211/123 (Otago Land Registry).
(b) Being a vacant section in the town of Gladstone, Hawea Flat, Central Otago, being an estate in fee simple containing 1012 square metres, Section 8 Block IX Computer Freehold Register OT211/124 (Otago Land Registry).
