On or about 16 November 2009, F M Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7810042.1 (Wellington Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of rents and received income from the property situated at 4 Disraeli Street, Johnsonville, Wellington, being the property comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN497/236.
