7708294.1 (both South Auckland Land Registry)
("the mortgage"):
GE Custodians ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of
the mortgaged land described below with effect from
13 November 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is:
- 51 Fergusson Street, Tokoroa, being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1128 square metres, being Lot 47 DPS 12118 and being all the
land comprised and described in certificate of title SA9C/1327 (South Auckland Land Registry); and
- 53 Fergusson Street, Tokoroa, being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1065 square metres, being Lot 48 DPS 12118 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title SA9C/1328 (South Auckland Land Registry).
