(“the mortgage”):
TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 27 August 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property at 585 Scenic Drive, Waiatarua, Auckland, being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1330 square metres, being Lot 21 DP 13317 being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA482/89 (North Auckland Land Registry).
