Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as mortgagee under
mortgage 7497208.2 (the "mortgagee" and "mortgage") over the property located at Lot 23, Nelson Ridge
Road, Central Otago (contained and described in Computer Freehold Register 306580) (Otago Land Registry)) ("the property"), took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Eco Construction Limited ("the mortgagor") on 2 November 2009 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued by FM Custodians
Limited by Jared Vaughan Ormsby, solicitor for
the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch 8140; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
