On or about 21 October 2009, Roelof Koopman and Johanna Henrica Koopman, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7801342.2 (South Auckland Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of rents and received income from the property situated at 145B 15th Avenue, Tauranga, being the property comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register SA64B/410.
