Notice of Receipt of Income From Mortgaged Property
On or about 1 May 2009, F M Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7494565.6 (Otago Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law
Act 2007, first entered into possession of rents and received income from the commercial properties situated at Units
5, 12 and 17, 58–76 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown, being the properties comprised and described in Computer Freehold Registers 311790, 311797 and 311798.
