Take notice that pursuant to an order of the High Court
at Wanganui in proceedings CIV-2008-483-345 Bank of
New Zealand v Ellen Petronella Booth, Nicholas George Booth, David Booth, Lesley Booth and David Booth, Bank of New Zealand by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 5400826.2 ("the mortgage") over the property located at 1183 No. 2 Line, RD 7, Fordell, being the estate in fee simple in that parcel of land containing 1030m2 more or less being Lot 2 DP 52757 and all the land in certificate of title WN21D/966 (Wellington Land Registry), entered into possession of the property after close of business on
26 January 2009.
