Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as "mortgagee" under mortgage 7502772.4 over the property located at Units 204, 209, 311, 505, 602, 604, 605, 607, 702, 705, 708, 808, 1202, 1203, 1210, 1211, 1212, 1213, 1214 and 1215, situated at 187 Cashel Street, Christchurch, with Unique Identifier numbers 239514, 239519, 239597, 239615, 239626, 239628, 239629, 239631, 239640, 239643, 239646, 239695, 239699, 239700, 239701 and 258122 (Canterbury Land Registry) ("the property"), took possession of the property from Perron Duke St
2 Limited ("the mortgagor") on 26 January 2009, in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for FM Custodians Limited by Jeremy Wiremu Alexander Johnson, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
