Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as "mortgagee" under mortgage 6331659.2 over the property located at Lot 1 DP 87118, situated at 2104 East Coast Road, Silverdale, Auckland, in Computer Freehold Register NA44D/703 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the property"), took possession of the property from Norman Darrell Port ("the mortgagor") on 26 January 2009, in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for FM Custodians Limited by Jeremy Wiremu Alexander Johnson, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
