of memorandum of mortgage 7232300.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007 first entered into possession of rents and received income from the commercial property situated
at 195 Khyber Pass Road, Grafton, Auckland, being the property comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register NA66B/278.
