Take notice that on 31 August 2009, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgages 8016349.2 and 8016251.2 situated at Units 29 and 8A, 633 Frankton Road, Queenstown ("the property"), being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 324199 and 203924 (Otago Land Registry) entered into possession of the property.
This notice is given by FM Custodians Limited, whose address for correspondence is at the offices of Harmans, Solicitors, Level 19, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13151), Christchurch.
