Take notice that on 9 September 2009, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7343732.1 situated at Units 8 and 9, 138-146 Park Terrace, Christchurch ("the property"), being all the land
comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 310031 and 310032 (Canterbury Land Registry), entered into possession of the property.
This notice is given by FM Custodians Limited, whose address for correspondence is at the offices of Harmans, Solicitors, Level 19, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13151), Christchurch.
