The description of the mortgaged land is 2/120 Sunnyside Road, Sunnyvale, Waitakere, being an estate in fee simple as to an undivided one-half share in all that parcel of land containing 812 square metres, being Lot 1 DP 118235 and leasehold estate, being Flat 2 DP 148044 and Carport 1 DP 148044.
