Hakataramea Station (1990) Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 16 June 2009, it entered into possession of property subject to a security agreement dated the 25th day of June 2008 (“the security agreement”).
The secured property is described as:
Approximately 475 tonnes of bulk wheat, being part of the crop grown by North Canterbury Ag Limited and stored in silos on the property of the mortgagee secured to the mortgagee by North Canterbury Ag Limited under the security agreement (“the goods”).
The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to the above-described goods is at the offices of Nicoll Cooney Silva, 243 Tancred Street (PO Box 324), Ashburton.
