The description of the mortgaged land is the property situated at 1/23 Fields Parade, Albany, Auckland, a stratum estate in freehold being Principal Unit O and Accessory Units
25 and 26 and a half-share in Accessory Unit 24 DP 194736 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA124A/253 (North Auckland Land Registry).
