Take notice that:
1. On 4 June 2009, North South Finance Limited,
by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7239268.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged properties situated at 83, 85 and 87 Whittaker Road, Rotorua, being all the land comprised in certificates of title SA66D/497, SA649/119 and SA18A/521.
2. The registered office of North South Finance Limited is at Suite H, Level 1, 39 Market Place, Auckland Viaduct, Auckland.
3. Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should
