Allied Nationwide Finance Limited (formerly known as Nationwide Finance Limited) (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 5 June 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property situated at 260 Victoria Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, a fee simple estate in all that parcel of land containing 766 square metres, being Lot 2 DP 48216 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA1867/77 (North Auckland Land Registry).
