The description of the mortgaged land is a half-share
in an estate in fee simple estate being 855 square
metres, being Lot 8 DP 91501, and a leasehold interest in lease C229110.2, being Flat 1, DP 142411 and Garage 1, DP 142411, being the property known as 3 Denver Avenue, Sunnyvale, Auckland.
