Notice is hereby given that on 17 November 2008, Bruce James McGhie and Brett Cranston of Useful Property
3 Limited were appointed joint and several receivers of income pursuant to the powers to do so contained in registered mortgages over those lands being the properties at:
44 St Benedicts Street; 11–13 Karaka Street; A, 304 Randolph Street; 74–76 Upper Queen Street; Unit 5A, 47 St Pauls Street; 327 Karangahape Road; 108 Market Road; 129 Grafton Road; 21 and 23 Walters Road; 11 Nikau Street; 21 St Benedicts Street; 12 Karaka Street; 31 Shaddock Street; 59 Point Chevalier Road; 57 Walters Road; Unit 3B, St Paul Street and 23 Units at 15 Karaka Street (all in Auckland).
