Notice is hereby given that Hanover Finance Limited
("the mortgagee" under the mortgage), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6765761.1 ("the mortgage")
over the property located at 11E Link Drive,
Glenfield, Auckland, described in Computer Freehold Register NA92D/38 (North Auckland Land Registry)
("the property"), entered into possession of the property
on 11 May 2009.
