(“the security agreement”) dated the 20th day of
June 2001 over the following mortgaged goods
(“the collateral”):
1978 44ft Cookson Vessel, named “Avenger” with Volvo KMD 70B engine, 16m Koden radar, GPS plotter, sounder SSB, VHF, TMQ autopilot and associated electronic equipment.
LDC Finance Limited (in receivership), the mortgagee under the security agreement, gives notice that the mortgagee took or will take possession of the collateral on 7 May 2009.
