Take notice that on 7 March 2009, Blackbird Finance Limited (“the company”) entered into possession of goods (being suitcases, carrywear, handbags, jewellery and travel accessories held by the debtor at premises in Newmarket and Albany, Auckland, together with certain items of
fit-out in the premises).
Those goods were secured to the company under a general security agreement granted by the debtor and dated the
13th day of February 2008.
