Request to Remove Registered Bank From the Register
Pursuant to section 71 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, ABN AMRO BANK NV has given notice to
the Reserve Bank that its name is to be removed from the Register of Registered Banks on 29 May 2009.
