Notice is given as follows:
1. On 17 April 2009, GE Custodians ("as mortgagee" under mortgage instrument 7587154.6) entered into possession of the mortgaged property owned by Megan Elizbeth Cooper by taking physical possession of the property.
2. The description of the property is 290A Wairau
Road, Glenfield, North Shore City, and more specifically being all the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NA59B/1035 (North Auckland Land Registry).
3. The address of the mortgagee is at its registered office at 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland 1010.
