The property, situated at 883 Cove Road, Waipu Cove, Waipu, Northland, is a fee simple estate in all that parcel of land containing 1282 square metres, being Lot 10 DP 22085 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA499/156 (North Auckland Land Registry).
