Notice is hereby given that on 1 April 2009, Mascot Finance Limited (in receivership) (“the mortgagee”) entered into possession of the property following the failure of the mortgagor, Cranford Developments Limited, to remedy a default notice served on 12 August 2008.
The registered office of the mortgagee is 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
