GE Custodians ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 26 March 2009.
The mortgaged land, situated at 3 Bracken Avenue, Epsom, Auckland, is a leasehold estate in all that parcel of land containing 1128 square metres, being Lot 59 DP 4529
(all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 58003) (North Auckland Land Registry).
