TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 23 March 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in
fee simple in 1467 square metres, Lot 90 DP 20494 and
being all of the land in Identifier 822/283, known as
47 Hain Avenue, Mangere, Auckland.
