Bank of New Zealand ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that
on Tuesday, 3 March 2009, it entered into possession of
a vehicle, subject to the Asset Finance Agreement and the Specific Security Agreement dated the 21st day of March 2007.
The secured vehicle is described as:
2007 Mazda CX-7 (black), Registration No. EUC912 (previously DUD793).
The mortgagee's address for service in respect of communications relating to the vehicle is Level 16, BNZ Tower, 125 Queen Street, Auckland.
