that notice of these proceedings should be advertised once
in the New Zealand Gazette and the New Zealand Herald and served upon Struan McOmish, solicitor of Auckland.

the Application for Summary Judgment sworn on the
11th day of December 2008 will be forwarded to you on application to the offices of the plaintiff's solicitors, Rennie Cox, Solicitors, Level 15, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the District Court at Auckland on 21 April 2009 at 10.00am.
The plaintiff is City Construction Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rennie Cox, Solicitors, Level 15, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
