Notice of Rating Downgrade
On 27 February 2009, GENWORTH FINANCIAL MORTGAGE INSURANCE PTY LIMITED
(NEW ZEALAND BRANCH) had its credit and financial strength ratings downgraded from "AA" to "AA-" by approved ratings agency Standard and Poor's (Australia) Pty Limited.
This notice is published pursuant to the Insurance Companies (Ratings and Inspections) Act 1994.
