Take notice that on 17 February 2009, William A Mather Solicitors Nominee Company Limited ("the mortgagee") by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7329408.1, situated at Unit 3, 52B Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland
("the property"), being all the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA137C/727 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property.
