Please take notice that the property is in the possession and control of Norfolk Nominees Limited, as mortgagee of the property subject to the mortgage, from 1 July 2008.
Any person entering the property without the permission
of Norfolk Nominees Limited will be considered to be trespassing.
No materials are to be removed from the property.
