TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 17 December 2008.
The description of the mortgaged land is 46 Greenhaven Avenue, Papakura, and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register NA15A/163.
