On 1 October 2008, Otago Finance Limited was amalgamated with South Canterbury Finance Limited to become South Canterbury Finance Limited and the rights, powers and property covered by the mortgage have become the rights, power and property of South Canterbury Finance Limited (as the amalgamated company) under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
South Canterbury Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice as follows:
1. On 11 December 2009, the mortgagee entered into physical possession of the mortgaged property,
2. The description of the mortgaged property is Lot 2, DP 26322 Unique Identifier OT18B/604 (Otago Land Registry), being the property situated at 420 Centre Road, Momona, Dunedin.
3. The address of the mortgagee's registered office is at c/o Hubbard Churcher & Co, 39 George Street, Timaru.
