of the mortgaged land described below with effect from
1 December 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property at
10 Bartells Drive, Manukau, Auckland, being a fee simple estate in all that area of land containing 1448 square metres, being Lot 1 DP 377931 and described in certificate of title 312581.
