Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 31 December 2009.
