Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Torquil Anthony Quentin Featherston Johnston, solicitor of Hastings and liquidator of the above-named company, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for its removal from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 6 March 2009.
