Notice of Intention to Remove Society From the Register
The liquidation of the above-named society whose registered office is 6 Gordon Street, Dannevirke, has now been completed.
The liquidator's final reports and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") have been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the society be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered by 5 October 2009.
